As your marriage officiant, conveniently located near Evansville, Indiana, and serving all nearby cities, I would like to offer services that fit my wedding couples’ needs for their wedding day.
For instance, you’re not having a formal rehearsal? No problem. Having a traditional ceremony with a wedding reception? SWEET!

Officiant Wedding Ceremony and Rehearsal
- We will meet before the wedding to discuss the ceremony details and your preferences.
- I will create a wedding officiant ceremony script and send it to you for your review and approval.
- One week before your wedding, we’ll have a quick meeting to review any changes or updates.
- Wedding Rehearsal: I will attend and manage the wedding ceremony portion with you and your wedding party.
- On the wedding day, I will arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to connect with you and the AV person.
- I will officiate your wedding!
- The marriage certificate will be filled out and signed.
- You will receive a keepsake booklet containing the entire wedding ceremony script.
This service begins at $650 for local weddings.
Officiant Wedding Ceremony Only or Vow Renewals
All services mentioned above are included, except for attending the rehearsal. This wedding officiant service is ideal for couples planning a small, intimate ceremony who want a custom script but do not require a formal rehearsal. We will still have a final meeting to review the ceremony together.
This service starts at $550 for local weddings.
Micro Weddings
Small, intimate weddings, often called micro-weddings, are truly special occasions worth celebrating! I’ve officiated and planned (including my son’s wedding) many of these, and I can tell you the atmosphere and feeling at these small weddings are incredibly personal and meaningful.

If you’re planning one of these unique weddings, I would love to talk to you and guide you through a personalized officiating service. This officiating service is offered at a discount and is only available for weddings Monday – Friday. This service begins at $400 for local weddings.Â

Full Wedding Rehearsal Management
Planning your wedding without a planner or coordinator can be daunting, especially when it comes to rehearsing the ceremony. My ADD-ON service offers a stress-free solution, allowing you to truly enjoy your rehearsal while making sure everything runs smoothly without having to direct your family and friends. Your wedding day is meant for celebrating, not stressing; this service makes that possible.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A comprehensive form for detailing your entire wedding party and family members.
- A dedicated meeting to discuss all aspects with the wedding party, parents, and grandparents.
- Professional guidance on the processional, ceremony, and recessional flows and wedding etiquette.
- Tips for ceremony seating arrangements and escorting guests.
- A thorough review of your ceremony music and coordination with your musicians or DJ during the rehearsal or wedding day.
- An easy-to-follow wedding ceremony itinerary you can share with the wedding party and family via a unique URL or printed copies.
- Full management of your wedding rehearsal, organizing and lining up the family and the wedding party for the processional and conducting the ceremony and recessional.
All this is available for just $200, ensuring your special day is seamless and enjoyable!
Wedding Ceremony Etiquette & Expert Advice
Ceremony Programs
Many couples overlook creating their wedding ceremony program until the last minute. Don’t let creating your wedding ceremony program slip through the cracks because guests love to read them, and your mothers will want it as a keepsake. Using over 21 years of wedding planning experience, my ceremony program design service is available to create and print for you to add any time before your wedding, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
You will complete a detailed questionnaire.Â
- We will discuss the style (traditional or modern).Â
- I will design the program to compliment your existing wedding stationery (invitations, etc.)
- There will be proofs of the wedding ceremony program for final approval.Â
- Printing is not included in the design fee.

Few Things to Know
A few details for you to consider:
- Weddings that are more than a 30-minute drive from my office may incur a small travel fee, determined by the distance.
- While an A/V system is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. Depending on the venue size or outdoor area, guests may struggle to hear me officiate the ceremony and your wedding vows.
- I prefer using a lapel microphone (or a head/over-the-ear mic). Holding a handheld microphone during the ceremony can be challenging while managing the script, rings, and other items. Additionally, a handheld microphone can appear clumsy in photos. However, an extra microphone on a stand is ideal for readers or singers. The lapel mic offers flexibility and helps ensure your photos look perfect.
- I prefer to hold meetings online via video, but I am also open to meeting in person if necessary.me from my office may incur a small traveling fee to be determined based on the distance.
- An A/V system is not required but encouraged. Depending on the size of the room or outdoor area, guests may have a hard time hearing me officiating at the wedding and hearing your wedding vows.
- Lapel Mic: This is my preferred type of microphone (or head/over the ear). It’s difficult to hold a handheld microphone during the wedding ceremony while holding the script, rings, etc. Also, a handheld microphone looks clumsy in photos, but an additional microphone on a stand is perfect if you have readers or singers. The Lapel Mic offers flexibility and ensures your photos are picture-perfect.Â
- Meetings are preferred online/via video; however, we may also meet in person.
