We’ll connect, and I’ll forward you and your significant other a questionnaire to fill out. We’ll then discuss your wedding ceremony via Google Meet or in person.

I’ll create a custom wedding ceremony that reflects your wishes, style, and personality. You’ll receive it to review at least a month or two before your wedding day.

Finally, on your wedding day, I’ll arrive early for soundcheck, and marry you in front of all your family and friends! You’ll then receive a custom booklet with your complete ceremony wording as a keepsake.

1. I create personalized wedding ceremonies that highlight romance, humor, and the beauty of your love. I aim for smiles and perhaps even a few happy tears. My goal is to tell your unique love story while engaging your guests, who are part of your village. I am not your wedding officiant if you’re looking for a dry, dull, or “preachy” ceremony.

2. I am a professional wedding planner with over two decades of experience running my own business, planning forever events. If you’re interested in having me officiate your wedding, rest assured that I won’t also be planning it. However, my extensive planning experience can greatly benefit your ceremony! I have a keen understanding of the timing and flow of weddings, which allows me to guide you on how to create the best opportunities for your photographer to capture stunning shots. For example, I make it a point to step out of the way during your first kiss to ensure that the focus is entirely on you.

3. I have extensive training and decades of experience in public speaking. I have addressed live audiences at industry conferences and workshops across the US and Australia, where I taught fellow event professionals effective strategies for selling and marketing their businesses. Additionally, I have been a guest on numerous podcasts and featured in local magazines. Since 2006, I have been blessed to share wedding planning tips on live television with WEHT ABC Local Lifestyles.

4. There are no rules or restrictions for your wedding. I encourage you to incorporate whatever you desire! Whether it’s dogs, kids, a tree-planting ceremony, a wine box tradition, champagne, or even something I’ve never heard of before—bring it on! I wouldn’t be easily surprised, but I love a challenge, so feel free to get creative with something unique!

5. You don’t have to do anything. After we meet, I will gather all the important details from you to personally write your ceremony; that’s it! Just get your marriage license and show up!
